OTR Tyre Repair System (OTR)

The OTR (off-the-road) tyre repair system is Monaflex's flagship system, allowing
the user unrivalled usability and freedom to cover as few or as many tyre sizes as
is needed at a very economical price. A small system can be initially purchased and
extended when required by purchasing additional larger (or smaller) heatpads and
airbags allowing total coverage from 1300 up to 55.5/85-63.

By utilising strapping to hold the airbags and heatpads into the tyre, the whole system
can conform to any profile to provide a perfect distortion free repair.
The inside and outside heat and pressure, vulcanise the plug and patch in one
operation to provide first class cures with maximum patch adhesion.

The flexibible nature of the design allows for extremely easy transportation. This picture depicts a system in the boot of the car that can repair the largest tyres in use in the world today. In the largest facilities such as mines and quarries, repair crews can easily move our equipment around using cars, trucks or even small planes.
