OTR Sidewall Machine (OTRS)

The OTR Sidewall system is the Monaflex solution to quick and 100% effective
sidewall injury repair in all OTR tyres in the range 1400x24 to 29.5-29
including skidder and terra tyres.

The machine makes use of utilising two interlocking metal plates, that when
combined secure the heat pads and air bags on the inside and outside of the tyre,
providing even pressure and heating. The result is a first class distortion free repair
every time.
The design allows the system to break down for ease of portibility and storage,
whilst allowing complete setup on the tyre in under a minute.
