Truck and OTR Vulcanising Machine (TRM)

The truck and OTR vulcanising machine has been developed to meet the needs of
repair workshops needing a compact, efficient and 100% reliable repair solution
for their truck, OTR and tractor tyres.

Utilising a strong and rugged base unit, the machine allows for a prepared tyre to
be assembled ready for cure in under one minute. By using either of the two different
sized supplied mandrels, the whole range of tyres stated below can be cured without
the need for any extra parts. By using inflatable airbags even inside and out heat and
pressure is supplied which in turn provides a first class distortion free repair.
