Extra Large OTR Bead Repair Machine (XLOTRB)

The XLOTRB is the worlds most effective and reliable, yet small and
mobile OTR bead repair system. The unique method of securing a
heat pad and a airbag beneath a steel support has allowed tyres in
the range 4000-57 to 55.5/85.63 to have the bead remoulded and the
tyre reused in situations where it would have otherwise been removed
from service.

The frame has been designed to breakapart into two smaller sections
that allow for easy transport and storage when not in use. This has
the added benefit that when combined with the wrap around air bag
and heat pad the whole setup can be assembled on the tyre in under
two minutes.
