Extra Large OTR Sidewall Repair System (XLOTRS)

The Extra Large OTR Sidewall repair system has been developed for the repair of
sidewall injuries in OTR tyres of size 4000-57 to 55.5/ 85.63.
The larger version of the OTRS, this machine allows workshops to provide the same
extremely high quality sidewall injury repairs as in the smaller tyres.

The steelwork breaks down into four seperate sections for easy of movement and
assembly by two tyre mechanics. The design means that once the injury has been
prepared, the XLOTRS can be quickly assembled around the tyre and curing can
begin immediately.
