Inferior/Incorrect Materials |
Use only high quality materials compatible with the patches and curing

Insufficient Pressure |
Use recommended repair equipment and pressures. |
Overcure/Undercure |
Keep to appropriate curing time and temperature. |
Plug Failure |
Use correct buffing procedures and cement build-up methods. Use
sufficient material. |
Incorrect Patch Installation |
Keep tyre beads in normal parallel position when installing patch. Stitch
down evenly and thoroughly to avoid trapped air. |
