Utilising a wide network of agents, Monaflex is able to offer technical and sales support throughout the world market. In addition to this, the company also employs a number of travelling sales and technical advisors who are able to arrange site visits, product demonstrations and training for all end users. Different packages are available, to meet the varying needs of our many clients – but our main aim being to ensure the equipment is used properly, to ensure the best possible tyre repairs, and therefore a happy customer!

Staff at our Guernsey headquarters are also able to assist with technical questions, distribution queries and advise on stock availability. Our factory in Guernsey is continually manufacturing products, and we carry a large stock which allows us to aim to process and despatch all standard size orders within a four week window. It is however hard to give a general answer to the question as all orders are different. If it’s a small order of say one heat pad it should be despatched in a shorter time frame, larger and bespoke items will take longer.

If you have a query about lead times on larger orders, such as two or more complete systems, please feel free to email us for an estimated completion time. However no order should take longer than eight weeks to get despatched from the factory.

The Monaflex product line has been designed and refined over the years to provide the user with a long life product. It should, over time, pay for itself many times over when compared to the cost of replacing tyres.

All products are supplied with an advice pamphlet that, if followed correctly, will ensure heat pads and airbags last many years.

It’s important to note though that all rubber products used in a demanding environment, with extremes in temperature, will eventually perish and so these are supplied as a ‘consumable’ item. That said we are pleased to regularly hear from customers that have Airbags and Heatpads still in operation that date back the late eighties and nineties.

Monaflex works closely with many Tyre Repair Consumable manufactures based in countries all around the world. If you require the tools or consumables used in Tyre Repair please contact us and we will be more than happy to introduce you to a suitable supplier based in your area.

In many cases arrangements can be made for these suppliers to also offer backup support and training on the use of the Monaflex systems.
