The Monaflex team has been growing...

Due to an extremely busy few years of growth we have been steadily increasing our production team size. We’re lucky to have a strong, capable team on board and you can expect quicker lead times and a larger selection of items routinely in stock.

Training our team isn’t a quick process….

Monaflex components are hand crafted by our skilled team. This training, together with thorough quality control of materials and robust testing of manufactured products, takes time.

Why training our team takes time...

Training in the production of the components themselves is just part of the process.

To maintain high quality standards  we have developed operational quality assurance systems and testing which are:

  • Documented at every stage of the manufacturing process
  • Reviewed and assessed regularly
  • Inclusive of multiple tests for every single component manufactured
  • Inclusive of ‘real-world’ testing scenarios at every opportunity

Quality is the responsibility of every team member and it takes time to be fully competent in the accompanying responsibilities.

Every team member is therefore:

  • Assessed quarterly against quality targets
  • Regularly trained to deliver excellence

Our work environment is collaborative and team members are encouraged to contribute to product innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Our approach is designed to support innovation, excellent product quality and individual team member growth.
