Monaflex components are hand crafted by our skilled team. This training, together with thorough quality control of materials and robust testing of manufactured products, takes time.
Why training our team takes time...
Training in the production of the components themselves is just part of the process.
To maintain high quality standards we have developed operational quality assurance systems and testing which are:
- Documented at every stage of the manufacturing process
- Reviewed and assessed regularly
- Inclusive of multiple tests for every single component manufactured
- Inclusive of ‘real-world’ testing scenarios at every opportunity
Quality is the responsibility of every team member and it takes time to be fully competent in the accompanying responsibilities.Â
Every team member is therefore:
- Assessed quarterly against quality targets
- Regularly trained to deliver excellence
