What’s new in 2025?

We regularly talk to our customers to find out what works really well for them and what we can add to our range to solve their most common problems. As a result the Monaflex team are always trying new things and looking for new solutions.

Here’s a sneak peek at some of the resulting new additions to our range in 2025:

The New Generation of Control Panel

We have taken two staples of the Monaflex range, the M100 and the TRRS D Control Panels, and added new features and updated key components. Together the changes bring improvements to usability and functionality.

M100

The M100 has been redesigned to feature:

  • Upgraded temperature controllers provide more efficient heating and improved accuracy based on The new generation of M100 is herethe size of the Heat Pads connected;
  • Multiple alarm feedback differentiates between temperature and element wire issues;
  • Dedicated start/stop buttons provide more nuanced control and constant temperature monitoring;
  • Heat Pads can now be controlled independently;
  • A separate pressure regulator and gauge for each of the three connected Airbags provides improved inflation control;
  • Separate Voltmeter display;
  • There are more safety features than ever before;
  • A robust workshop trolley for your Control Panel is now available.
TRRS D

The Monaflex TRDD for truck repair uses the TRRS D Control PanelAs with the M100, the TRRS D has improved temperature controllers , a separate Voltmeter display, and a separate start/ top button and time.

In addition, the TRRS D now has:

  • Adjustable temperature control;
  • Additional safety features and audible alarms;
  • New MCBs replacing the old cartridge fuses;
  • A robust workshop stand is now available.

The Z Generation of Heat Pad

Monaflex Z-type Heat PadsOur latest generation of Heat Pad take all the benefits of X type and place them in an optimum weight vs. strength format. Features include:

  • 20% lighter than the classic Monaflex Heat Pad;
  • An additional layer of heavy-duty reinforcing fabric provides increased strength and maximum durability. This prevents elongation of Heat Pads and protects the element wire;
  • The thickness of the Heat Pad reduces from 12mm to 10mm;
  • Heavy duty steel conduit and cable protection is moulded into the handle to prevent wire fatigue;
  • Industrial couplings provide a secure and reliable connection;
  • An extended 1 year warranty.

These Heat Pads will be available in all the standard sizes.
